What is Immunity?
In simpler words, Immunity is our army. Unlike other body functions, we do not consider immunity as just one function… rather it’s a complete task force.
Immunity in a multitude of ways boosts the body’s ability to protect it against pathogens, which are enemies.
How can we categorize Immunity?
The best 3 ways to categorize immunity are by putting it in three essential zones–The Body, Mind & Soul.
Immunity & Body –
It’s all about eating well and exercising too. Keeping fit and healthy as it helps in building strong immunity. Eat natural, fresh, seasonal, and whole foods. Eat foods that calm you and relax at night to make you sleep well. Before sleep time, do whatever it takes to make you sleep with a wink. Smile and sleep well to wake up fresh and with a stronger immune system.
Immunity & Mind –
Is all about getting creative, learning additional things to avoid anxiety and depression. Staying busy is the key to doing whatever one needs to do to maintain sanity. Read, write, cook, paint, sing, play, dance, or indulge in self-pampering.
Immunity & Soul –
Rediscovering oneself–having soul food, what we call primary food that feeds the soul, and is the first food of satisfaction. Like meditating, listen in to music, going for a walk in nature, enjoying the sea or calm mountain breeze, loving the family, enhancing one’s relationships, and loving self. When we work on one’s circle of life, we stay happy and that builds immunity. Last, always developing gratitude for staying well–in always is the utmost key to soul satisfaction.
